As a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience, I have seen how often traditional nutrition advice misses the bigger picture. Many people are told to just eat better, be more consistent, or try harder, but that advice often ignores the role of stress, nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and all-or-nothing patterns.
